What the actual fuck?
Idk that I know enough about shrooms to responsibly moderate a forum about them. We aren’t a shrooms household. They get us too emotional. We like to say they let out all the dead Hanks and Deans. We’re really more of an acid household.
I wouldn’t mind helping out. I’m free from about 2pm Est until 8pm Est on weekdays and pretty much all day on weekends

The community has officially moved. Is that against the rules? I was redirecting community members to an active community with all the original members. I can just make a post explaining that if that isn’t ban worthy? It’s my first time modderating so excuse me if that’s not the proper procedure. I thought I was being helpful to our community members. That’s how it was done on Reddit from my understanding.
I made the community from scratch, and our community decided to move after being told we we’re not welcome.
Then you ban my account without any notice? Looks like nothing has changed at Lemmy.world. There doesn’t ever seem to be any communication with you guys, just an instant ban. No warning or anything. Even the admins on Reddit weren’t this bad.
I’m pretty active on Lemmy every day to every other. I would not mind helping out with moderation.
I am really into art and visual media to watch, observe and learn from during a psychedelic experience. Quite the Timothy Leary fan as well.
I have failed at all mycology efforts outside of oyster mushrooms though.

Ive never done shrooms and don’t plan to. I’d still be interested in part time moderation. What would be the time commitment required? I’m in CDT/GMT-5.
Edit: I’ve never done shrooms but I can follow instructions and would love to give back to the Lemmy community. That’s the extent of my qualifications.
