It would seem that their plan for Gaza after the war ends is that there is no Gaza or Palestinian people after the war ends.

I think they do they’re just not willing to say it for international media. They want either total elimination of the Palestinian people or they move somewhere else. The starving out open-air prison treatment is ending - on Israel’s hideous terms or on Palestine’s terms but it sure seems like the old strategy is over.
They’ve already said they are no longer responsible for food, water, electricity, sewage or anything else in Gaza. Their plan is to bomb the shit out of it, annex probably half of it, and and anyone who wants to live in the post-apocalyptic ruins in the other half is welcome to.
I don’t believe them. That is not how a modern military works.

Because “after the war ends” is totally when military planning really kicks in.
You have way too much faith in the military. The lack of an “exit strategy” was the main criticism against the US led Iraq war. The situation in Israel in particular has not screamed “we have a plan” for the last half century.

All I hear/read is about making Gaza a parking lot. So yes, that’s their exit strategy. Just have to kill 2.3 million people.

The plan is the war will end once every single member and supporter of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad are cleansed from Gaza, and Gaza will look far different than it does today, with far greater buffers between where the Arabs will allowed live and their distance from the Israeli border. It’s not going to end a millisecond before that is achieved, come what may.

Gaza was given to Arabs for self rule and determination in 2005, all Jews left Gaza, even Jewish graveyards were dug up and moved, it was theirs to do with as they liked.
They’ve spent the last 18 years making into a terrorist Disneyland with a dozen Islamofascist terrorist organizations with the stated goal of killing Jews and destroying the state of Israel, they’ve fired hundreds of thousands of missiles into Israel indiscriminately targeting civilians, and launched countless cross borders attacks against Jewish civilians, including one that caused the largest loss of Jewish life in any single day, anywhere, since the Holocaust on October 7th.
They were given Gaza to live in freedom and self determination, they used it to kill Jews. They were warned. They chose to ignore the warnings.
And now it’s coming.

There are 2 bad guys in this war. Hamas and Israel, with 2 million innocent Palestinians stuck in the middle. Out of 2+ million people living in Gaza, Hamas only makes up around 200000. Yet so far Israel managed to kill between 95% and 98% (depending on source) innocent civilians. That is a worse track record than Russia’s in the Ukraine war.
Not to “that guy” it, but there are also some Israeli civilians suffering. That’s particularly true this time, as per the graph.
However, given the historical discrepancies on that graph, i suspect the Israeli government plans to make the Israeli suffering insignificant in comparison.

Just so nobody believes this moron, the Gaza blockade, legitimately one of the biggest humanitarian disasters of the 21st century, started as soon as Israel left Gaza. That’s not “freedom” or “self determination”.

Gaza’s the size of a suburb. There isn’t space for a DMZ on the Gazan side of the border, though with the Israeli military evacuating tens of thousands of Israelis from the Israeli side they might end up setting up a DMZ on the Israeli side for a change
