It’s disgustingly obvious that Pioli told the team to drop the intensity in the 2nd half and coast. Not the mentality of an elite club and another disappointing result against a top side. Milan is capable of outplaying the opposition but regularly fails to finish the job. I appreciate everything he’s done, but Pioli has not been good enough this season.

Great game! Serie A need to institute a rule where Roma and Juve can’t play in the sunday night games.

You know how Bayern are famous for always wanting to score more even if they are 8-0 up?

We really lack that mentality. We always sit back after we’re 2-0 up and hope for the best and it always backfires.

If the same Milan that played in the first half came out to play in the second half, this ends 5-0 to Milan. But we pressed the brakes like we always do and threw away a win.

At least u/AllegriLover got what he wanted.

We always look great when we press high up the pitch and play on the counter. We don’t look good when we sit back and play on the counter.

Really hope Pioli gets the memo here because it’s really frustrating how often we do that.

I understand that we can’t play with this type of intensity for 90 minutes especially with the injuries that we have. But 60 minutes today would have been enough. And most of the time it would be as well.
