Sounds like someone saw those amazing Blu Ray trailers and thought “let’s make a series out of that.” Looking forward to it.

I’m doing the same. Just finished the celestial toymaker story. These reconstructions for missing episodes are brutal sometimes. Can’t wait to get past them.
I’n not even done with the first season, just finished The Keys of Marinus. For Marco Polo I watched the 30 minutes reconstruction, thought the pacing was alright.
Luckily, once you hit Season 4 the animations become a lot more prominent.

I started this summer, and I’ve made it to the Pertwee era last week.
Must be nice to finally watch color episodes :)
It wouldn’t be so bad if classic who was consistently paced. The black and white episodes had some real bangers that I was engaged for the fill 22 minutes, but a lot were just slogs.
In principle I do believe a good story can carry anything - visuals are secondary in a compelling plot.
Anyone know how to watch this in the States? Or am I going to need a VPN?
VPN for now sadly. Torrent sites might have it at some point but not yet last I checked.
