Android, not sure about iOS as I haven’t used an iPhone in years, easily has the most powerful DND customization. I have a favorites list that makes it so some people can call and text me if it is an emergency. I can allow pass through at certain times and I think I can even pick the apps that I can receive notifications through. I can set text and phone calls as separate things.

Others should take the time to customize their DND.
