Out of curiosity, but when do I get access to horses? I haven’t had a chance to finish the campaign yet, and I think I just hit level 46.
Part of the campaign. Around lvl 30 if you don’t stop and grind.
The stable master will be accessible after a specific quest of the campaign, and it will unlock mounts for all the character (at every level). I suggest you hit that point in the main story and then go on with your own game as you please.
You unlock the mount during the beginning of act 4. Your level does not matter.
