- Version is 3.7.01930
- I had changed my Wi-Fi to mobile spot, and restarted device serveral times.
- The device cannot update over 3.7.01930, it will show
- “Error checking for update”
- When I clicked storage > cloud connection > Check sync
- “There are some issues with the lcoud connection. Please try again later”
Can anyone provide some feedback or comments for me? Thank you.
I still have the disscussion with support department, and they just tell me try to reboot and confrim the WiFi setting. Even I changed to the my mobile phone hotspot as WiFi. It doesn’t work as usual.
Do you mean that go to Software > reMarkable beta program > Read more and enroll? Even I click, it just appear the same error.
