I guess that once the league decided to go through with the punishment that this was the obvious call. Someone has to be accountable.
Real shame that he spent 7 years getting abuse for his team building…only to find himself on the outside looking in at the exact moment they seem like they’re about to make the step up.
No one surprised, even besides the punishment for the trade fiasco. He’s seemed to put a team together with a lot of talent, but I think a new GM and new head coach is likely what they need to take the next step(s).
