If anyone interested here are my cinebench results from my 14700k overclocking. E cores havent been OCed at all for now only P cores. I have managed to get them all to 5.8ghz and 2 cores to 6ghz at 1.37v adaptive.

Do you happen to have a asus board with ai overclocking? Didn’t expect much but it pushed mine to 6ghz all core. Thermal throttled a little on the 3d mark bench. In games in runs 70-80 for the most part but it did hit 95 for a second while streaming in disc and playing ark for a bit. I will probably turn it down for longevity but I was pretty surprised it managed to be fairly stable with the flick of a switch. That was with a 280mm aio.
