    50 years of broken promises to codify Roe led us to this point. I hope all those millions in fundraising was worth it for them.

      The Republicans on the Supreme Court would have struck it down anyway like they have with most of the VRA, EPA, Clean Air/Water acts, etc. Codifying doesn’t mean shit to these clowns on the Court.

        SCOTUS only ruled because Dems never made it law. Biden finally got his life long wish of making abortion a states rights issue.

          That’s what SCOTUS said. Yes both parties fundraised of how precarious it was. But I don’t think for a minute SCOTUS wouldn’t have struck down a law.

      Democrats have had plenty of time to make it the law of the land instead they just play lip service but they don’t give a damn about the average American.
