    Not surprised when you force people to be renters and so many large corporations are buying up houses/apartments and pushing housing costs up. People don’t have skin in the game like they used to. People are mad and want change

    To be honest, I don’t think I really understood HH. The main reason I voted yes on it was because I got a bunch of mailers from the Republicans and Libertarians being trying to scare me into voting no. I figured if the conservatives were being that extra about it, it was probably in my best interest to vote the other way.

      Republicans didn’t like that it took power away from TABOR. Some didn’t like that renters would have had smaller TABOR returns, too.
