Apparently the enablement package reintroduces the bug where custom settings are always reset on startup… just letting you guys know this. Use ViveTool if you absolutely need your settings to be kept.
We need to push Microsoft to fix this AGAIN… -3-
Cheers!
Nope, no reset. With the latest win 11 update all my troubles with adrenaline are gone.
Fuk windows 11
Everyone cried about how this cant be a windows problem and AMD needs to fix it 👀
I reinstalled a clean 23H3 and have not experienced this at all yet :O
But i also have the gpedit.msc rule for not allowing drivers in Windows Update so…
I’m running Windows 11 Pro, 23H2, OS build 22631.2506.
Running the latest November 9th 23.30.01.03 preview driver and no issues with my settings reverting after a start-up/reboot.
I did have that issue on a previous WHQL driver(cant remember the exact version)but after swapping to using preview drivers back in October, never had it since.
Since amd fixed this issue can I enable those services that I disabled before the fix with ViVeTool?
MPO problem is still there with 23.11.1?

no
Nothing i did between windows updates and driver updates ever fixed it for me. Im on the absolute latest preview driver and the current WHQL AMD Driver so maybe its fixed now for me?
If you are on the latest driver, yup, that’s the fix.
I am using Asus dual rx 580 8gb oc I had a wattman problem in version 23.9.2 but with the 23.11.1 update my wattman problem was fixed 2 weeks have passed there was no problem
Huh?
The post you shared is from september, before the stable version of 23h2 came out?
Not for me, so far at least. I’m on 23.11.1 and 23H2 (ver. 22631.2506)
Bro…
win 11 is a mess
No issue here.
Good thing i’m still on windows 10 and staying on it until 2025. Have avoided all of these issues.
Used to be on a locked down Win7, now I’m on a locked down Win10!
Lol at the down votes must be on win 11
imagine using W11 on purpose
W11 and no issues and I love it the new look, the responsiveness, the new features… looking to wndows 10 like windows 95, but I understand if you have a very old computer stay on windows 10 :(
I’ll give you a point for your attempt at being passive aggressive. But next time you should read flair before making wild statements so you don’t look silly
in that case my recommendation to not have problems on w11 fresh install basic setting on bios like xmp curve optimizer(AMD) etc, let auto everything on w11, don’t force new updates on windows let it be and you wouldn’t have any problem
