I suggest going back to your previous post and fixing your pump speed, it’s only at 50%
Try at 100% pump speed and see what your score is then. (Suggested holding it at 80%)
I also suggest that you try bios default settings, your clocks ain’t reaching high enough and your vcore is too high.While looking again you have set VDDQ to 1.2 instead of Vcore.

CPU is only boosting to 4.2ghz, your issue is right infront of you. You’ve messed with something in your bios. I suggest ensuring your AIOs pump is set to 100% and reset your bios to default
How would I adjust this , I’ve had so many issues today in regards to my bios and having constant bsods from the settings, pretty much did everything to restore got it working but I’m worried about putting vcore down again
Reset all of your motherboard settings, all of them. Use the clear CMOS if possible.

Yeah that’s what happens when you set a static voltage unless it’s real high. Don’t do that for these CPUs.
CPU-Z bench isn’t good and many people are familar with its numbers. Open Microsoft Store and install Cinebench. Cinebench is not the best but it’s good and reliable enough to for OC and stability check, and many people use it, so it’s easy for you and others to compare.
On Cinebench, you can enable “Advanced benchmark” in “File”, and you can also head to “Preferences” and set custom duration like 2 minutes (Enough for quick test). On HWiNFO, you should expand the “Core Clocks” and keep track of “Current” speed of each core during the test so that you can see which core(s) is abnormal.
