CPU-Z bench isn’t good and many people are familar with its numbers. Open Microsoft Store and install Cinebench. Cinebench is not the best but it’s good and reliable enough to for OC and stability check, and many people use it, so it’s easy for you and others to compare.
On Cinebench, you can enable “Advanced benchmark” in “File”, and you can also head to “Preferences” and set custom duration like 2 minutes (Enough for quick test). On HWiNFO, you should expand the “Core Clocks” and keep track of “Current” speed of each core during the test so that you can see which core(s) is abnormal.

Tomahawk Z690 has 70A power stage vs 90A on the Z790. It’s more fun to overclock on Z790 Tomahawk.
I have no idea for 4x32GB but my 4x16GB 6600 XMP has been great on MSI Z790 Tomahawk WIFI + i9 13900K. This PC has been running 24/7 for almost a year.
