I have one in my drawer, I want a snack, and I like Snickers. But I can’t bring myself to eat it. I don’t want a half-eaten candy bar in my drawer (you want ants? that’s how you get ants.) but I also don’t want to eat the whole thing (i’m smol and that’s a ridiculous amount of calories) but i cant bring myself to throw the uneaten part away. So it just stays there, taunting me, making me wish it were fun-sized.

Is this some weird attempt at guerilla marketing? Because we don’t get the same crowds here as Reddit does, so it’s kinda pointless. Unlike drinking cool and refreshing Pepsi Cola - Pepsi Cola, the cool and refreshing cola drink.

I occasionally eat one as a “meal replacement” when I can’t get normal food.

But a resealable container solves the ant problem.

Back in my teens and twenties, I would often eat a whole full-sized Snickers. I don’t know if I would now though. My appetite for junk food has diminished quite a bit.

I used to occasionally eat one for breakfast, like a particularly unhealthy protein bar.

Don’t worry, I’m back to eating normal breakfasts like chocolate chip pancakes and Lucky Charms.

If this at work and they have a freezer that is not sketchy you could store the leftover portion in there. Taped end, plastic container, etc. Recommend labeling it with a date and name to reduce the chance it gets tossed or pilfered.

When I was a teenager I would eat the full sized ice cream ones sometimes, thinking that they were delicious. I tried one again as an adult a few years ago and it didn’t hold up.

Put the uneaten half in a sandwich bag or something, that’s what I do with my other half eaten stuff. Like the other half of a cosmic brownie (did you know those things have like 50% of the recommended daily maximum sugar intake? Or the other pop tart in the package of 2 (the serving size is 1 but they put 2 in a package that can’t be resealed?)

American portions in general are rediculous. I would love to be able to go to a restaurant and get half the amount of food they usually give you. I’m all for bringing home leftovers but sometimes that’s not convenient. Sometimes my fat ass will just eat it all!

Not everything is good as leftovers! And I was trained as a child to not waste food, so it’s a real struggle. Do I binge eat the whole thing or give a big middle finger to the starving children in Africa?
