That’s three major instances that have gone down in the last couple days. Clearly u/spez is trying to kill lemmy.
vlemmy.net situation is unrelated. Admin of the instance just closed shop and disabled all the donation links without saying a word.
It’s an injection vulnerability that some dirty folk found and needs to get patched out. It was inevitable with the sudden user increase.

Yeah, but this is how you test software 🤷. You need a larger userbase, otherwise bugs/security issues will go unnoticed.
That’s the unfortunate truth. Best bug testers in the world are all the users.
lemmy.fmhy.ml also seems to have some problems as well. CF is working, but it seems CF can’t find the site (bad gateway, 502)
And things seem OK now 👍.
