I’m looking for a cheap laptop to knock out some certifications on the web. I’m not looking for a crazy computer that can runs many programs. Just looking to be able to use several tab on my browser and maybe download/use a program.
Laptop specs: Intel core I3 8 gb of RAM SSD storage of 256gb

If you have PC experience just buy an old quad core i7 for $100 and enjoy it with a battery replacement and some minor upgrades.
