Nvidia has had much more functional autonomous driving software/hardware since ~2015, and built Tesla’s early self driving / parking assist.

Slightly off, Tesla was using Mobileye up until 2016 and then Mobileye infamously dumped Tesla due to them wanting to push past safety concerns. Nvidia’s PX2 was picked up from late 2016 to late 2018 and then Tesla transitioned to their custom hardware.
