I have some videos with IDs that start with a ‘-’ and I can’t figure out how to download them from the command line. Anyone knows?

What error do you get? Tried quoting the whole url ?
I’m guessing your running commands on Linux? I usually just use a website that converts the video url into a high vuality download mp4.
You can always use “–” that is dash dash when video ID starts with ‘-’
like so
yt-dlp – -uEc8_dcYUc
