I had neighbours that would place the rice cooker outside there apartment in the hallway when cooking rice. Presumably so there house would not get smelly/humid. Other people on my floor were pissed because now the hallway smelled funny. Maybe these were the motivations of the theft?

Somehow I am more impressed that moved by himself and not with a moving company.
