I feel you, I haven’t gotten more a couple minutes of teaser trailer which showed nothing of importance to a game franchise that hasn’t had an entry in seven years.

I hope so, I didn’t really enjoy hollow knight because I’m not one for the souls-isj gameplay loop but it was a damn good looking game with an excellent OST and I hope the sequel is good for the people who do enjoy it.
My hopes aren’t as high. But the amount of time they spent (and will) cooking that game, it better deliver.
Time doesn’t equal quality.
Too much time often means they had to restart multiple times. Which usually means it’ll be crap. I hope it was just slow rolled.

Just don’t be surprised when it sucks and fails to live up to HK. A good sequel in 2023 is like a good STD. Purely theoretical.
well it’s a good thing that it probably won’t release in 2023 then. It’s safe to say that I’ll be telling the legend of Silksong to my grandchildren
