I believe “And Maggie makes three?” I forget the exact episode name but it’s the one where Marge thinks she’s pregnant with #4, this scene is at the end when she comes in and tells homer she’s not pregnant, right after Homer finished saying “He was blessed” with his three kids.
Dang I remember this episode fairly well but not this particular screenshot. Just looked it up and you are spot on, well done!
