I have bought the 61 Wh battery, together with a DP expansion (thought I wouldn’t need it, I was wrong) and right angle usb c cable.

The package got shipped, FedEx told me it would be here on the 17th.

On the 15th, a notice arrived that it was being delivered, but since I wasn’t expecting it and had a deadline for the next day, no one was home to receive it. It got labeled as delivered, signed by a name I don’t recognize. Nothing was left in the mail box.

The same evening FW sent me an email telling me the package was returned because of a mistake in labeling the battery, and issued a refund.

The refund is 12€ against an order of about 121€. After some days I asked FW support for an explanation, I didn’t receive an answer.

Now, can someone please tell me what’s going on?
