Argentinian here, At least it was expected, dude acts very much like an American right wing grifter and people love it.

At the very least he is very lazy, a while back in Congress he was called out for having a 48% assistance to his job voting for laws. In other words, dude just chilled at home and then would complain about the laws that passed in his absence (him screaming is what gets people moist).

If we’re lucky, maybe he will half ass it enough to not do too much damage, maybe play some golf like a similar screaming politician.
