Hello all
So the exciting news was my laptop was due to be delivered last Wed by Fedex and I took the day WFH. It did not arrive and I was rung up on Thu by the courier, so I asked it to be delivered on Monday as I would be WFH.
On Monday I am contacted by Framework support to say the courier tried to deliver and there was no answer on the phone. We were both in, no card was left and there was no missed call so this is nonsense. I replied to the Framework support email, no response. I raised a separate Framework website support ticket with the order reference ( R509905897) and no response.
Any suggestions?

Framework should be able to contact FedEx for you about it since you didn’t receive it. Honestly FedEx SUCKS so I’m not surprised
Be patient though, framework are currently LOADED with support requests because of the new release but they’re generally pretty good from my experience
