      I’m not a 3D printing expert, but that looks pretty challenging even if you had the model. Lots of small details and undercuts.

      That being said, I bet you could get close by converting the image to grayscale and then using that as a height map to make a model.

        A resin printer might be able to pull off the level of detail. Not sure about the support structure though.

      What’s a good AI image without some weird hands or feet? :)
      It seems to get confused when there’s too many things happening in the image at once. I’m sure it’ll come out correctly if you just ask for an image of his hands.
