My temps dropped 5-10c, I would highly recommend getting one. Affordable and easy to install.

I have not used one on my 14900k and my temps are great but it seems hit or miss.

Just installed one on my 13900kf and I have seen a slight improvement in temps idle is a bit better I haven’t ran any benchmarks yet but easy install and didn’t break the bank worth it for any improvements imo
