    This one hurts me a lot. I live in a so-called third world country and I can afford therapy easily.

    I have a friend who moved to Australia for a PhD and now working as an engineer. He cannot afford therapy over there and has to do food deliveries and Uber to be able to afford therapy. For being developed nations, West is surely worse than a third-world country, in terms of providing health care to the people living there.

    Those apply to Wi-Fi where you live? There are large swaths of the US where it’s pretty much impossible to get strong reliable wifi.
