Then im only using like 85-95% gpu. As soon as i go

How do you know that it is not bottlenecking? Have you tried with a better CPU to see what that GPU can actual perform?

If your gpu pushes 100% usage your cpu os doing the job ✌️. If it aint your cpu aint fast enough.

In mw2 my cpu pushes 395fps avg. My friends 13700k oced to 5,6ghz and ddr5 ram with 6600mhz c32 only does 370 fps avg as example. And my Old 5800x did around 320 with 5075mhz boost clock 3600mhz c14 ram etc highly tuned. My friends 13700k pushing less gpu unitialisation then i do. Most of these cards is so fast that nearly no cpu’s cant fully push Them to 100% usage in 1080p( unless highly demanding graphics is used). But as soon as u go 1440p or above most cpu’s seems to do the job. My 5800x couldnt push it to 100% usage even at 1440p. But the x3d does.

        e in 1080

I am playing in 2160p (4k). I have not had any problems either, im not saying that. I am saying that you could get more out of the gpu with a better cpu, hence the cpu is bottlenecking the gpu. You might not notice this just yet, but you will soon enough.
