It should be noted that the cuts are in excess of the agreed upon terms set by the debt ceiling negotiation. If the democratic party decides to hold them to their word this could cause a shut down come fall. Just like the last time there was a republican house and democratic president.
This is always their plan. Never forget that.
Their plan has always been to get the cuts, brag about how much money they’ve saved, and then blame the democrats for the fallout.
Idk what’s more frustrating. That there are people that can’t see that this is part of the Republican playbook or that this is part of the Republican playbook.
