No advantages in temperatures, at least. There is an ease-of-handling advantage in being able to relocate the radiator, as opposed to having a big chunk of metal fixed around the CPU area.
If it’s basic use, yes it’s usable
You’ll have to wait and hope Asus puts out a BIOS update for it. My MSI Z690 Carbon got a new BIOS 3 days ago that added support for it.
They probably aren’t able to secure enough fab capacity to do that. AMD has had some problems delivering the volume some of their clients demand before.
