I’ll be waiting for a Z1 Extreme version and steam OS for other things then the steam deck and something like this would be a solid drop in for a PC “Console” for my TV. My steam deck does great but for the games I play on the couch there are maybe a few that just having an extra bump would be perfect for.
I am a dumb Linux noob, what does this mean?
I’d consider a 5700x3d if that’s true to replace my 5800x for the lower power draw and better thermals while getting a solid bump in games also. Seems like a win to me.
It did not come down.on the Friday. If I am lucky Monday for cyber sales. But crazy it went on sale for $370 the week before black Friday. Seems almost to be done on purpose.
Been using the XTRFY M2 wireless for a while and it has been great. Have DPI adjustment, RGB, and such all with macro keys on the mouse. So it will work with everything. The brands most/all their noises I believe are like this so it will work with everything. On Pop OS 22.04 LTS and it’s been great. Used on other distros also and no issues. Plug and play really .

Are you using X11 or Wayland? I have had issues with X11 at 4k not doing more than 60hz. Only will work under Wayland for me.
