Look at this thing. It makes me feel like this is the iPhone of some civilization. Ubiquitous and ever present. I can imagine the workshop where you see busted ones laying around waiting to donate their parts to ones that are fixable. Some flop sweating nerd looking through a magnifier at one disassembled specimen with the gaze of a Spartan ready to fling a baby off into a pit for being too sickly at birth.

Its kind of short but every time I get sad I load up this clip of Northernlion messing around with spray paint. It never fails to get a smile out of me. I have probably seen it a billion times.

The other one is the opening trailer to Final Fantasy 14: Endwalker. I cannot put into words how life changing that game was for me and quite a few people I know. I would avoid watching the trailer as its kind of loaded with spoilers but at the same time you have zero context. I think I watched this thing on loop for 3-4 days straight.

What a sexy looking project. I really wish I could get rid of my Synology and just build a whitebox NAS. I got mine sadly from work for free so I could not justify the cost of building one. I could sell it off on ebay though 🤔

A question that begs for a hot take. I love it! Manjaro has always made zero sense to me. The power of Arch is in its rolling release cycle and your ability to customize it from the ground up. Both of which you lose when you downloads someone mix of Arch. It always seemed like a flavor for people who want to run Arch but just don’t have the ability to read the documentation to actually run it.
