As long as no one’s doing anything illegal on it, it should be allowed. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to subscribe to it, you can block that sub if you don’t want to see it.

I didn’t know that sub existed until just now. If others enjoy something and that something isn’t hurting anyone, but you don’t like it, YOU don’t have to partake in it.
