Could be wrong but with how rapidly it’s firing, my guess is it’s being fired from a LAV or IFV. Probably 30mm if it’s a vehicle of Soviet origin.

Some will complain about these high rises, but they are needed to curb housing issues and urban sprawl. Definitely a good thing.
