I feel there will always be a place for ‘smaller’ games that were handcrafted with love. People love Baldur’s Gate 3. Lots of indies are doing very well. People ecause it’s clear the people involved love their product.
It’ll just become harder to find the gems between all the carbon copy puppy mill games that are either lazily produced to cash in, or don’t dare take risks due to the budgets involved.
