Cut sugars (even natural), cut acids (anything sour, tart, fizzy - yes even sugar free pop!), brush with as high a fluoride concentration toothpaste as you can (e.g., clinpro 5000 or neutrafluor/duraphat 5000), floss and use interdental brushes, don’t graze, manage your gastric reflux and dry mouth… Taking on board at least some of these will improve your oral health.

And for whitening, the whitening strips from crest/oral b work well if your teeth and gums are healthy and clean.

A note about battery life, Bobovr makes a great strap that has modular batteries. I don’t think they’ve made a full kit for the q3 that has multiple batteries and a separate charging dock for the batteries like they did for the q2, though… Happy to be corrected on this! Either way, they greatly extend playing time.

The strap itself is really comfortable and the battery helps counterbalance the weight of the quest itself. I know one of the q3 versions has a fan built in and the design lets you lie on your back and just watch movies.

I don’t think there’s a single medication or even supplement out there that doesn’t have some sort of side effect (e.g., ibuprofen can cause gut bleeding, iron supplements can lead to constipation, grapefruit can screw with all sorts of medications), so balancing the cost benefit ratio is important.
