Eat a diet with hardly any fibre before you go. The last time I was bunged up for 4 days I had eaten a lot of meat and not enough veggies in comparison. It’ll either help, or you’ll just have a very big poop idk.

I would recommend lessening your fibre as a minimum if you must though!

I think I might give it a go for a movie 10x. I have about 1600 hours until fairly okay fluency aparently so 10-20 hours wouldn’t be too much out of that time. I may have to mix in other content while I do that though haha.

I have this same problem haha. I’m a little bit stretched over the various instances for now. I’ve only just set up the refold community which is for all languages but it’s based off learning things from netflix, youtube, books and games (videogames and boardgames).

I searched up learn spanish and found “learning spanish for deplorable tankies”…yeah… no thanks. I think I may have to set one up afterall!

I’m with ya there, subs slowly zap away your money and when you stop paying for it, you have nothing to show for it, nothing you can keep! I’m all for one-off payments as long as the licence isn’t taken away or the service isn’t broken retroactively because a subscription version has come out, now that’s the worst for me!

Solid, I use the L-R method with netflix, disneyplus, amazon prime and youglish. I may move onto some audiobooks soon. I recently went on the refold immersion course and learned a lot from them like how to stay motivated and make things when you don’t know much, how to minimise the pitfalls or even improve the experience. I highly recommend L-R.
