Does Intel have the clout in 2024 to force laptop manufacturers to the new standard

seeing that they essentially have a monopoly… obviously, besides it’s not like manufacturers are against it. Powersupplies are completely uninteresting to consumers.

AI is just the latest result of CUDA. I doubt he ganbled on AI when CUDA was first developed. But that’s when they won the compute market. Winning the AI race, is a result of multiple smaller wins, that had little to do with AI.

The guy literally made the right decisions for 30years. I think at some point it might just be skill and not luck.

You rarely end up on top by accident. Seeing how MS won and is being painted as the victim/ savior ontop of it… they might have somehow instigated the whole thing.
