the usual, nvidia being a dick made it hard to properly run vulkan on their older cards using linux, then mesa3d went like “you know what? we’ll do it ourselves” and now we’re here.

3·21 days agoif you’re running on base lmint (not de), you may try updating your kernel to latest one (whatever ubuntu’s currently being supported) by using ubuntu mainline kernel heres the guide
make sure you have backed up, enabled timeshift or whatever because this may break your system.
my broke ass method on dealing with high temp + high humidity is 2 fans, 1 for me and 1 pointing outside (either the door or window, maybe around an elbow length)
mine was these roach gel baits when we had an infestation of tiny cockroaches (around 12-15 mm in size)
just apply a pea size every 2 ft where light cant get them (and your pets), cover or hide any other food sources like trash or table scraps them bam! you’ll be sweeping swarms of dead roaches several days after.
then repeat application every 6 months
