You may want to think about using another name for your app suite though. Since it may bring confusion with the simple mobile tools (https://simplemobiletools.com/index.html) which for example also have a “Simple Notes” app.
If you kill the company you do punish those people by killing their main revenue/asset. The good thing is that you also punish the investors who will lose all their money. This will dissuade anybody to invest into a company if there is a possibility that the company is fraudulent. This could even push more transparency in the companies to attract investors.
I think we should also introduce death penalty for companies. Did a company commit a serious enough crime ? Then we just kill it. Is does not deserve to exist anymore.

I’d recommend a longer full time week. If the full time week is too short, many people well rely on overtime for their salary. This completely destroys the benefits of some of your other points, since you can’t do overtime during vacations, parental leave, sick leave, etc. Overtime should not be the norm if you want a good social/financial security.
Edit: part time job should of course always be possible if your revenue allows you to work shorter weeks
I mean, wasn’t that the original goal of the second amendment? To allow the population to protect themselves from political regimes that want to exploit them? Makes sense that people use their rights to do something good instead of just building a collection is weapons to show of.
It’s probably still self hosted if you share it with your family and a few friends.

Phone screen pixel density actually went down in the last 10 years due to bigger screens.
It may become complicated if some day she does fall in love and if it’s with someone else. She may be faced with hard choices if this happens.

I also hated it when I had a OnePlus 8. Luckily it fell in the floor and the screen broke. My insurance repaid me the full price and with that I bought an Xperia 5 II. It is sooo much better with its small form factor, flat screen, its stereo front facing speakers, it’s headphone jack and its long battery life!
You end up making a huge amount of people jobless, including the C suite, and investors moneyless.
It’ll be a nice reminder for everybody, and everybody will be very picky about which company they work for / invest in. Maybe leading to more transparency in companies so that they can prove that they don’t commit fraud / crimes.
Too many companies have so much money/power that their crimes have much worse consequences than making people jobless.
