There was this ice cream cone that had a slightly sour citrusy outer layer, delicious pear ice cream that was not overly sweet, and a core of salty toffee ice cream. It was the perfect ice cream cone, and those bastards stopped selling it. All the others taste so much worse in comparison now that they don’t even seem worth buying.
It’s kinda bullshit that doctors get the prestige of having sworn an oath when the oath is basically “do your job, and no murdering.” Like, why do car mechanics not get to do an oath swearing they will change your oil and not break your car on purpose?

You could choose to read Hotel California as a metaphor for drug use, but you would have to come to terms with The Hotel California meaning THC, and in my opinion that song is a little too dramatic to be about weed. It is much better if you just understand it literally, as a song about a really spooky hotel.
