What about all the people that die from climate change? The food stolen from communities cause the water is polluted from fracking? The children who can’t go outside and jump in puddles cause of toxic rain. What about the loss of animal lives cause the air is too toxic? What about all the terrible things and death that follow the big polluters as they go?

I just hate when I’m hanging out with a bunch of racist gamers and people think I’m a racist gamer too. Sure, they may say some really inappropriate stuff I laugh at. And sure, I may not stop them when they’re ruthlessly mocking some poor person of color, but I myself didn’t do it so why would people think I’m a part of them? Everytime we go out to eat they treat all of us like we’re terrible people, but really it’s just them. I don’t get it.

There’s always going to be a subject someone doesn’t care for. Thankfully though, there’s filters in most every app now. The ones further along in their Lemmy journey tend to use them instead of complaining about having to see things repeatedly.
