I am currently in this situation and may be one step further. The non-human accounts were deemed “grey” accounts and were apparently sent warnings last year that they would be disabled. There used to be a petition process to take over a page as an admin, but it does not seem to be an option if the sole admin is a disabled grey account. You will likely need to report the page for intellectual property theft to get it removed, and start anew.

Well, now I need to start reading that incredible journey all over again…
