If you’re wanting to give One Piece a shot, the manga is far and away better than any adaptation, but if that’s not your thing you can check out the “One Pace” fan edit which has the goal of trying to make the anime more accurate and cuts out filler stuff.

I think Inaki does a good job of capturing Luffy’s energy, it’s really difficult to portray a character who’s personality is cheerful and carefree without making it super cheesy, although I think it went over the line a few times when combined with the dialogue and line reads they used.

One thing I do like so far: The SFX! CG doesn’t look awful and the fact that the fishmen look like they’re using prosthetics is super cool

One thing I don’t like so far: Garp’s character seems a little off to me. Much more calculating and professional than he is in the manga/anime.

Yeah it’s shockingly good! I’m only on episode four, but the main cast has been consistently great. Buggy and Usopp’s actors were really surprising too!

Some gripes:

• Mao should not be listed under “Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”, this was a post-Mao invention and Mao’s work contributes directly to Marxism-Leninism
• Gaddafi should be removed entirely. He may be valuable as a historical figure but he is not a socialist theorist (iirc the Green Book is explicitly non-Marxist) and including him under “Socialism” is misleading to new and less informed communists
• Why share the works of the revisionist CPRF? Here is an exert from ProleWiki’s own article on them “Zyuganov and the [CPRF] support social conservatism”
