But yeah, doing your PhD in europe may not be simpler (we have to give lectures, organize seminars etc.) but considering that you get a good pay for your research as well, it is definitely a good alternative to going directly in the industry. However, doing your phd during your masters thesis or even starting without a masters degree is very uncommon, so you usually need more time to get it.

This all sounds so weird coming from germany since here you do you bachelors degree, then your masters degree and then optionally your PhD. While the usefullness of the PhD and its duration vary between subjects (in IT it takes 3-5 years and is not really worth it money-wise if you go in the industry afterwards, while in medicine it can be done in a year or even less and is basically necessary). Also while you do your PhD you are usually employed by the government (since universities are public institutions) and paid well. A PhD earns you social prestige and prestige in the industry since - besides in medicine - nearly no one has one.

There is a line between a simile or parable and whataboutism. It is especially not whataboutism since it is connected to the subject as it concernes the war opponent and i put it into context and used it as an example for my explanation. Don’t use words you don’t understand or at least give an explanation if you accuse me of a logical fallacy.

I hate how 50% of the users here on lemmy are all about questioning the medias coverage and support of Israel but blindly cling to the other side. Hamas has been elected too and you can’t possibly think they are doing the right thing. Finally, things are not black and white. Both Hamas and the Israelian goverment commit horrific crimes and the population suffers. Blaming the people in this context would be laughable if it weren’t so sad.

Es ist eine Personenkultpartei. Ich mein sie ist nach einer Person benannt. Das ist noch nicht mal die CSU (sie heißt ja nicht Markus Söder Partei). Abgesehen davon macht sie nur populistische, reaktionäre Politik. Genau das was man von einer Personenkultpartei erwarten würde.

also du kannst es so sehen: Bestäubung -> wenig/kein Ertrag. Evtl kommen welche nach, das hängt davon ab was für ein Zwitter sie ist, ist aber nicht garantiert. Warte einfach mal ab :)

weiblich + weiblich = weiblich. Feminisierte Samen werden erzeugt in dem weibliche Pflanzen mit Absicht zum Zwittern gebracht werden. Also ja du bekommst dann feminisierte.

EDIT: ok nachdem ich den Originalpost mit pH/> 10 und Schwefelsäure gelesen hab wunderts mich nicht, dass die zwittern. Respekt fürs wieder aufpäppeln, das hätten denke ich die wenigsten geschafft :D

Ich meine sowas gibts ja auch :D Also vor Überdüngen und Überwässern hab ich wenig Angst, weil ich eh nur organisch dünge und schon ein bisschen Erfahrung mit Pflanzen habe. Bei Pflanzenanfängern sieht das natürlich anders aus, das stimmt.

Vorneweg: Ich kenn mich zwar mit anderen Pflanzen aus, aber das ist auch mein erster grow und meine Erfahrung hält sich in Grenzen. Ich denke “gar nix tun” ist in keinem Fall falsch, aber wenn du Lust hast zu experimentieren hier mal meine Erfahrung.

Ich habe mal versucht die “gängigen Methoden” so wenig wie möglich anzuwenden. Als meine Pflanzen das 3. Paar “richtiger Blätter” entwickelt haben, habe ich sie mit Essstäbchen im Boden an den Ästen leicht von der Sonne weggedrückt, sodass sie schief gewachsen sind. Den Hauptstamm der großen hab ich zeitweise um 90 Grad gebogen und am Topf fixiert. Das führt dazu, dass sie statt senkrecht zu wachsen erstmal flach wächst und dann die Seitentriebe schön Licht bekommen und so groß werden können wie der Haupttrieb. Die Fächerblätter die die Triebe verdeckt haben, hab ich abgeschnitten. Allgemein hat das sehr gut funktioniert, ich baue aber auch am Fensterbrett an :D
