The ‘Help → About KDE → Report Bugs or Wishes’ dialog available in most KDE applications ends with this paragraph:

There are videos of the talks at YouTube, but with very low video and audio quality. I think better-quality videos will follow.
I don’t think this is exactly what you‘re looking for, but for cross stitch patterns, KXStitch can import images and create simplified designs with a reduced number of colours and cells/pixels. The KXStitch handbook gives a nice overview of all the features.
I like Filelight. Easy to use, with a simple user interface. And it’s free software.
I use the Linux version, but there’s also a Windows version, available on Microsoft Store.
It’s in Korean for me too (even though the list of preferred languages in my browser settings doesn’t include Korean).
