Same. Seems more like a feature yet to be inplemented. I click on the reply header, it takes me to the post and then I have to find the comment to reply to it.

Edit: Sorry, I’m stupid. You need to long press on the reply to open up the toolbar which let’s you comment.

You can only login to the instance where you create your account. You can however suscribe to communities on other instances.
