Try looking for a 5700X3D or even 5800X3D(€€) since you have a good air-cooler + extends your AM4 motherboard lifetime.
GPU try looking for 3080/4070 something if you are still team green, otherwise 6800/6900XT or 7800/7900XT for AMD.
Try to grab +16GB of RAM to have room.
