Tacked on multiplayer or tacked on single player. Devs don’t have to deliver both at launch, just one or the other. Waiting 6 months to a year for bonus content is fine by me, I would prefer they take more time to turn out a better product.

Yup. NVIDIA was able to pull ahead simply through brute force. Sure they ran hot and consumed a lot of power but that was negligible when they were doubling performance every generation.
